Guests love the ambience of this charming vintage cottage nestled beneath Hanalei's beautiful green mountains.
And people also rave about our divine seafood and fresh, almost entirely organic ingredients.
Here's how our private parties work.
Planning your event, you'll have a choice of a buffet or a sit-down dinner.
About three weeks before your party, you'll speak with our chef and create a special menu together. Dinner will include:
Superb appetizers - local organic salad - excellent seafood and/or vegetarian entrees - desserts - and non-alcoholic beverages.
| PARTY HOURS: | From 5:30 or 6:00 pm - until 10:00 pm |
| BOOK AHEAD: | We encourage you to book your event at least 30 days in advance |
| CANCELLATIONS: | Your deposit will be refunded, minus a $500.00 cancellation charge. |
| MUSIC: | Because of space limitations, live music is allowed only for small groups: 35 people or less. Many of our wedding couples bring in pre-loaded i-pods or similar players. |
| CAKE: | Absolutely, bring your own cake! Our cutting/plating fee is just $2.00 per slice. Fine Kauai bakers include Sweet Marie's and Icing on the Cake. Or: contact a private chef. |
| LIQUOR: | Our Champagne and wines are excellent. We also offer beer and (if requested) sangria. To bring in something special of your own (as an addition to our wines) the fee is $25.00 a bottle. |
| SMALL GROUPS: | If your event will have fewer than 18 people, you are welcome to 'buy out' our deck. The cost is $75.00 per person, plus Hawaiian sales tax, a 20% staff gratuity, and wine and beer. |
| COSTS: | To lock in your date, we require a 50% deposit paid by credit card or check The remaining 50%, along with Hawaii sales tax, a 20% staff gratuity, and wine and beer, must be paid in cash or with a major credit card on the evening of the event. |
